We are a home-based bakery located in Arizona. You can find us most weekends at local farmers’ markets throughout the Phoenix area. Follow our social media or check our weekly schedule for updated locations.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we offer limited custom orders for bread, pastries, and treat boxes. Because everything is baked in small batches, we recommend placing custom orders at least 3–5 days in advance.
Do you offer delivery?
We currently offer local pickup and select-area delivery depending on schedule and availability. Farmers market pickups can also be arranged.
Ingredients and Sourcing
What kind of ingredients do you use?
We prioritize local, seasonal, and minimally processed ingredients. Many of our flours, honeys, and fruits come from Arizona growers and small producers.
Do you use organic ingredients?
While not all ingredients are organic, we choose organic when possible, especially for eggs, dairy, and fresh produce.
Are your sourdough breads naturally leavened?
Yes! All our sourdough loaves are made using a natural wild yeast starter with no commercial yeast added.
Allergies and Dietary Needs
Do you offer gluten-free items?
Currently, we do not offer gluten-free baked goods. Because we bake everything in the same home kitchen, cross-contact with gluten is unavoidable.
Are any items nut-free?
Some items do not contain nuts, but because we regularly bake with nuts (pecans, almonds, etc.), we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment.
Do you offer vegan products?
We occasionally feature vegan-friendly items at the farmers’ market, but they are not always available. Check our weekly menu or ask ahead!
Can you accommodate food allergies?
Due to the nature of a home kitchen and shared equipment, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, or sesame.
